Why Should I Do Gymnastics?



So why should you try gymnastics? Well.... It's really  fun, it's very enjoyable, it gets your body strong, flexible  and  athletic. You can learn some amazing skills like cartwheels, handstands, flips, splits and handsprings just to name a few.

Definition:
gymnastics  (dʒɪmˈnæstɪks) 
 
— n1.( functioning as singular ) practice or training in exercises that develop physical strength and agility or mental capacity

Training gymnastics is a really great way to make new friends, because there are so many nice people involved. Oh ya... there are great competitions you can enter for an extra challenge or you can do routines in stage shows on front of an audience (which is really cool!).
